There can be several situations in a day when you feel tired and exhausted and wish to have instant energy and freshness and energy boost. I know it because I feel the same everyday.

These situations can be while you work, at home, at playground or while you are on a trip.

Good thing is, there are many ways to get you going.

The simplest and most affordable way to get quick freshness is lemon water with some salt and sugar or the way you like. But I like it this way. Lemon water is packed with essential electrolytes like potassium, calcium and magnesium, which help your cells to produce energy. It keeps you hydrated.

Lemon water produces energy by oxygenating and hydrating the body. Additionally, lemon water is the excellent way to start your day. Lemon is great source of citrus bioflavonoid antioxidant phytonutrients.


2. Bananas:

Bananas are great source of natural sugars like sucrose, fructose and glucose and they also contain fiber in a very good amount.

They are packed with digestible carbohydrates. Your body uses carbs as fuel and provides you with energy. Bananas also have fiber which helps sustain the glucose levels in the blood and provides continuous energy over a longer period of time.


3. Strawberries:

These delicious fruits contain vitamin C, which is an strong antioxidant. It boosts immunity, fights damaging free radicals and helps repair tissues. Strawberries contain manganese and fiber, which provides steady energy over a longer period of time.

Nuts especially almonds and walnuts are packed with fiber and nutrients such as vitamin E, selenium, vitamin B, zinc, magnesium and Omega-3 fatty acids. They also contain good fats that help you provide constant energy.


5.Dark Chocolate:

It is good for you to eat dark chocolate once or twice a week. It contains antioxidant caffeine and other substances such as tryptophan, which helps you feel calm. Dark chocolate also contain theobromine and theophylline, which has stimulating psychological and physical effects. It is high in carbs and provides instant long lasting energy. 6. Cardamom:

This spice is commonly used in tea in India as a flavouring agent but it also very effective in putting you in a good mood by providing instant energy.
