Spinach Banana Smoothie: The Healthiest Spinach Smoothie in 5 Minutes

Spinach Banana Smoothie is very healthy for everyone. This recipe does not contain any sugar, salt or honey so this is perfect for weight management.

It has spinach and banana but you can also add apple or orange slices. They go well with spinach banana smoothie. So, lets start with the ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups thoroughly washed baby spinach
  • 1 ripe sweet sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup spring water (or yogurt or almond milk)

Tips:

  • You can use a fresh sliced banana in place of a frozen one.
  • If you don’t have baby spinach, you can use regular spinach but make sure to trip down the hard stems. Throw away the yellow leaves.
  • You can use yogurt of almond milk in place of spring water to make it more healthy.
  • You can add a few orange slices if you want.

Step by Step Recipe of Spinach Banana Smoothie:

  • Put 2 cups of thoroughly washed baby spinach in a blender.
  • Add 1 ripe sliced sweet banana.
  • Add 1 cup of spring water of yogurt or almond milk.
  • Blend it for 1-2 minutes until it becomes perfectly smooth.
  • Take it out in a glass and enjoy this light and super healthy spinach banana smoothie.
