1. Oreo truffles/ Oreo balls-

Oreo Balls or truffle is an easy no-bake dessert you can easily make at home by yourself. If you are an Oreo cookie fan, you are going to love these easy Oreo Balls. It only requires three ingredients: Oreo cookies, some milk, and chocolate. That is it!

The recipe differs from person to person but I will tell you how I made them.

  1. I took 120 gm Oreo cookies which contain 24 biscuits. Then separated cookie and cream.
  2. Placed cream in a bowl and put cookies directly into the mixer grinder jar to make a powder out of it.
  3. Then I ground the Oreo cookies to make a fine powder.
  4. Put the powder in a bowl and added 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to it. You can even use chocolate spread or chocolate ganache whatever is available with you or whatever you prefer.
  5. Gave it a good mix and then added 2-3 tablespoon of milk to make dough out of it.
  6. Then I divided the dough and cream into some equal-sized balls.
  7. If you think the cream is sticky or you can’t work with it you can keep it in the refrigerator for some time it will be easy to work with.
  8. Then I took a portion of the Oreo dough mixture, flattened it out, and put the cream mixture inside similar to how we make aloo paratha or any stuffed paratha.
  9. Made it round and that’s it.
  10. After filling and making all the balls I kept them in the refrigerator for 5-10 min.
  11. After that, you need to take some melted chocolate and need to coat the Oreo balls with it.
  12. The melted chocolate should not be very hot. Just let it come to room temperature.
  13. Then I placed them over a plate. Make sure the plate is greased well with oil.
  14. I used some white melted chocolate and spreads to decorate the balls. It not just looks awesome but taste amazing too.

This pudding has a nice rich flavor and creamy smooth texture. Once you try this homemade pudding you will never buy those boxes of instant pudding again. The great thing about this dessert is that it uses everyday ingredients we have like milk, sugar, eggs, butter, etc. I mean normally we all have those in our pantry.

  1. To begin in a medium saucepan warm 2 cups of milk until bubbles form at the edge. You can use whole milk or organic milk for extra flavor.
  2. Now in a bowl combine a half cup of sugar, 3 tablespoons of cornstarch, and ¼ tablespoon of salt. Mix them well.
  3. Slowly add this mixture to the hot milk. Whisk it well to dissolve.
  4. Continue cooking and whisking without boiling until the pudding thickens enough to coat the back of the ladle or spoon.
  5. Now remove the saucepan from heat and stir in one tablespoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow it to melt.
  6. Pour the pudding into serving dishes and let it cool down to room temperature. Some people like their pudding to be cold so you can put them in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours before serving.

You can enjoy it by adding some pieces of banana this will make it banana pudding. I like it with some walnuts and pistachio nuts or even berries can be added to make it look more aesthetic and tasty.
